Specialized Kits for Homeland Security
Provide one (1) Explosive Breacher Replenishment Kit and one (1) Modified Dewalt Tool Kit, or equivalent, to be used by the Office of Homeland Security.
The Explosive Breacher Replenishment Kit shall consist of: forty-eight (48) rolls - 100 MPH tape (2" x 180'), three (3) rolls - 60 mil breacher tape, fifteen (15) rolls - 30 mil breacher tape, ten (10) sleeves electrical tape (" x 60') 10-pack, one (1) cryopak flexible ice blanket (uncut, 16.5" x 34'), ten (10) NSA flex charge 60, ten (10) NSA flex charge 100, ten (10) NSA flex charge 160, 2 cases - metal door breaching charge (32 per case), six (6) entry frame with swivel prop stick holder, and six (6) gun port frame with swivel prop stick holder.
The Modified DeWalt Tool Kit shall consist of: one (1) 32" contractor bag, one (1) 18V XRP hammer drill, one (1) 18V circular saw, one (1) 18V reciprocating saw, one (1) 18V cut-off tool, one (1) 18V impact driver, one (1) 18V jig saw, one (1) 18V cut-out tool, one (1) 18V flex light, one (1) 1 hour charger, one (1) 15 minute charger, four (4) 18V battery, one (1) 37-piece screwdriver set with tough case, one (1) 16-piece drill bit set with tough case, three (3) circular saw blades, five (5) reciprocating saw blades, two (2) 4" mini diamond ripper blades, five (5) 4" cut-off wheels, three (3) " window door bits, and three (3) 1/8" general purpose bits (5-pack).
