The purpose of this Request for Quote is to gather information and identify small and minority travel agency organizations with the resources, staff and programs to provide travel booking services for an organization the size and complexity of the University. The travel agencies will be primarily responsible for booking air travel but must also be able to reserve lodging, auto rentals and other travel related needs as requested. These agencies must possess the knowledge and sensitivity to the Universitys unique culture of demanding administrative and academic travelers.
