This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
This procurement is a SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Oregon State Office has issued a Request For Quotation for a firm fixed price commercial items services contract for botany surveys located at within the vicinity of Eugene Districts area of responsibility. The performance period is from date of award through September 30, 2019. The performance period includes a one-year Base and 4 one-year options. The NAICS code is 541370 and the small business size standard $14 million. The basis of award is the best value determined fair and reasonable. Award will be made to the responsible respondent pursuant to FAR subpart 9.1. Options will be evaluated in accordance with provision 52.212-2.
