This document is intended to establish an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity purchase agreement contract to provide the County with such quantities of special interest class instructor services for the Art and Leisure Program, as the County may order from time to time by issue of purchase orders pursuant to a resulting executed and effective agreement.
