Special Education School Based Access Program
Seeking a third party billing system, which will allow LEAs throughout the Commonwealth to submit claims to the Department of Public Welfare (DPW) for federal Medical Assistance reimbursement. The intent is to have a contractor that will provide a high level of quality and at a reasonable dollar cost to the Commonwealth and participating Local Education Agencies (LEA).
