Special Education Management Software

Federal and state special education regulations and procedures require local school divisions to maintain records
and data for all students being referred to the special education evaluation, eligibility, and placement process and
to compile and submit reports on a routine basis. To assist in meeting these requirements Portsmouth Public
Schools (PPS) is seeking proposals for a special education management software system to include referral data,
evaluation and eligibility data, IEP development, and training and support services. Detailed requirements are
listed in the Scope of Work section.
