Spay and Neutering Services
The State is seeking to establish service agreements with a qualified organization that can provide a State-wide Dog, Cat and wolf-hybrid spaying and neutering program. The State is seeking a qualified organization that can administer comprehensive reduced-cost spaying and neutering services for dogs, cats and wolf-hybrids owned or cared for by low income individuals.
