Spay / Neuter Database

The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to define the general requirements of and to solicit proposals for consultant services for lockbox management and data base development. This includes pickup from the Animal Care and Control USPS lockbox, delivering to County Animal Care and Control, database hosting, database services and image capture and interface into the hosted database.
Client users are County Animal Care and Control. These services will be for the Spay/Neuter Application Program and for rabies vaccination certificate data entry and processing.
