Spares for the ALQ-172 System
This synopsis is issued in anticipation of issuing a long term five-year (5) firm-fixed price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract to procure spares for the ALQ-172 System.
This requirement will be for a total of 5 years: a basic year plus four (4) one-year ordering periods to acquire the spares listed below:

Item Description: Length (IN) 3.4000; Width (IN) 1.7000; Height (IN) 4.2000; Weight (LB) 2.2000. Item Material: Ferrous Alloys and Dissimilar Metals. Item Function: The YTBRF is used as a swept filter controlled by a 14 bit digital word.
Inspection/Acceptance & F.O.B. will be at origin. The NAICS applicable to this effort is 334419.
Delivery requirements for basic year begin 150 days after receipt of order for a quantity of 5 per month. For the ordering periods, AFSC requests that the delivery begin 150 days After Receipt of Funded Order (ARO) at a quantity of 5 per month for quantities over 5 each, until completion with no penalty for early deliveries. For orders below 5 each, AFSC requests the complete amount 150 days ARO. Ship to DoDAAC will be SW3119 (Robins AFB, GA).
Duration of contract period: Date of award through 5 years.
The proposed contract action is for spares for which the government intends to solicit sole source to Teledyne Wireless, LLC, 1274 Terra Bella Ave, Mountain View, CA, 94043-1820 (Cage Code 24022) under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 because the Government does not own the data or the rights to the data needed to procure this part from additional sources. It would be uneconomical for the Government to purchase the data due to the redesign.
All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
