Spares Purchase of Circuit Card Assembly
The Defense Logistics Agency, Aviation Wing, Robins AFB, GA, will acquire replenishment spare parts-Circuit Card Assembly, applicable to the Joint Service Electronic System Tester (JSECST).
This is a sole source requirement under FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, for AAI (DBA Textron Systems). AAI is the OEM for this part and is the only known source with adequate knowledge of the Circuit Card Assembly performance requirements. They possess the required technical data and capabilities needed to produce this item and ensure compatibility of the equipment. The Government does not own the data for this NSN.
