This is a request for quote for the supplies listed in the attached RFQ. This RFQ synopsis/solicitation for commercial items is prepared in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) in Subpart 12 & 13.
If your company is interested please submit a quote to me by Tuesday September 23, 2019, 11:00 AM. Please include your delivery lead time in your quote.
The Government will evaluate quotes based on the following criteria: Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable.
