Spain Credit Card Fuels program
This Sources Sought Notice SPE600-18-RFI-1003 is for information only and shall not be construed as a Solicitation, or as an obligation on the part of Defense Logistics Agency Energy (DLA-Energy). The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to identify qualified businesses that are interested and capable of providing the fuels listed below at various locations in Spain.
This requirement is for purchase at commercial gas stations throughout Spain for a 5-year period. In addition to the agreement to supply the fuel at these locations, the Prime contractor must provide credit cards for issue by the Navy Exchange as a means of payment at the pumps. The credit card used must be recognized by each station included in the agreement and will be for fuel purchases only.
