Rosser Ave., Bismarck, ND.  Work includes wall demo and wall construction, carpet, paint, and electric.  Security clearances are required for all workers.  Solicitation packages will be available on July 24, 2019.  Work to be completed in 100 days after notice to proceed.  Estimate range is $25,000 to $100,000.  Paymnet bond is required.  This solicitation may be available on the internet http://www.fbo.gov. ; Contractor must be registered and active with the System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.SAM.gov at the time of offer.  This procurement is set-aside for Small Business.
