The City is soliciting space planning services of design firms with expertise in assessing needs and designing appropriate and efficient workspace. The firm must have the ability to provide the full range of services or must team with sub-consultants to complete the design phase of an office space remodel for 120 employees utilizing up to 50,000 square feet.
