Southwest London Area Study
The Corporation of the City of London is inviting proposals from qualified consulting firms to undertake preparation of the Southwest London Area Study, which applies to lands in the southwest quadrant of the City that are situated within the Dingman Creek Subwatershed and inside the Urban Growth Area. This study is a City-initiated project that will provide a comprehensive assessment of the opportunities and constraints for the planning, servicing and future development of the area. The study will provide the basis for an Official Plan Amendment to confirm natural heritage features and natural resources, apply specific land use designations and servicing strategies, establish area-specific policies and guideline documents, and identify major transportation corridor alignments.
