SOUTHERN UTAH ROAD ROTOMILLING IDIQ
This contract is for road Rotomill Construction services on the Dixie National Forest, Fishlake National Forest, and the Manti La Sal National Forests located in Southern Utah. This contract includes road milling work to pulverize and process native surface roadbeds in place and to finish and compact the pulverized material. The road gradients are steep and the native roadbed material contains large rocks and bedrock.

The Dixie National Forest is located in Southern Utah, with the Headquarters in Cedar City, Utah. The forest is divided up into 4 Ranger Districts administered by the Dixie National Forest, with District offices in St. George (Pine Valley District), Cedar City (Cedar City District), Panguitch (Powell District), Escalante (Escalante District).
The Fishlake National Forest is located in south-central Utah, with its headquarters in Richfield, Utah. The forest is divided into four separate Ranger districts, with district offices in Fillmore (Fillmore District), Loa (Fremont River / Teasdale District), Beaver (Beaver District), and Richfield (Richfield District).
The Manti-La Sal National Forest is located in south-eastern Utah, with its headquarters in Price, Utah. The forest is divided into four separate Ranger districts, with district offices in Ferron (Ferron/Price District), Ephraim (Sanpete District), Moab (Moab District), and Monticello (Monticello District).
The project magnitude is estimated to be between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
This procurement consists of one solicitation with a single award of an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract (IDIQ) for a contract term of a base and up to four option years. Task orders will be firm fixed price.
This contract requires the furnishing of all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, operating supplies, and incidentals necessary to perform road maintenance, repair, improvement, and decommissioning work in compliance with the terms, specifications, and provisions provided herein.
This acquisition is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. All responsible vendors shall be registered in the Systems for Award Management (www.sam.gov) database and have proper bonding capability before being eligible to accept an award.
The solicitation for this project will be available for download on or after April 11, 2019.
