Southeast Center Architecture and Engineering Services
The Community College intends to enter into a contract with the successful proposer to continue earlier master plan and programming concepts by performing additional programming, planning, architectural and engineering services for Bond Improvements proposed for the Southeast Center. These services will include coordination with city planning processes, community groups, campus stakeholders, campus administration and bond team members, and the selected A/E consultant team to achieve the objectives of the bond program, and reflect the vision for the Southeast Center noted above.
