South County Library Renovations
The Work includes the following major items: Construction of an addition to, and renovation of a portion of, an existing library building including, but not limited to, selective demolition work, concrete foundations and slabs, masonry walls, steel roof deck and framing, and site work including, but not limited to, walks, parking lot paving and curbs, storm water management systems and utilities, landscaping and related work, as identified in the Contract Documents.
