Sources for Door Replacement
Coast Guard Station Grand Isle, LA is seeking information on qualified individuals or firms to provide services for the complete removal and installation of 11 metal or fiberglass smooth flush mount doors (tan in color) configured to fit Best 5K series handles (door slab size 35.5" x 83"), hinges, frames (size, 40" x 86") and weather stripping to the unit's unaccompanied personnel housing units. We request contractors furnish labor, materials, and equipment to replace above noted items. Prior to submitting a quote, it is mandatory to examine the Scope of Work. It is highly recommended to conduct a site visit to the facility to take field measurements, evaluations, etc, and become familiar with existing conditions under which the work will be performed.
