**THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION AND QUOTES ARE NOT BEING REQUESTED AT THIS TIME.  THIS IS A "SOURCES SOUGHT" NOTICE FOR MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY.

     The 119th Wing, North Dakota Air National Guard in Fargo, North Dakota has a possible requirement in the near future for Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) training and is seeking interested SMALL BUSINESS vendors who are able to provide this training.  The purpose of this course is to enable personnel to successfully complete the six-hour CISSP exam necessary to maintain designated Special Experience Indicators (SEIs) assigned to certain military enlisted and officer personnel who are required to comply with DoDD 8570.D1.M, Information Assurance Workforce Improvement Program requirements.  

     This training may be required for up to 20 personnel and would most likely require the following:
-Training course to meet ISC2 standards covering the following core topics: Security & Risk Management, Asset Security, Security Engineering, Communications & Network Security, Identiity & Access Management, Security Assessment & Testing, Security Operations and Software Development Security.
-A dedicated instructor via Video Teleconference or "on site".
-An exam voucher included in overall cost of course.
-Option to "retake" the exam, if needed for any student, at no additional cost.
-Inclusion of all applicable course materials/books that are required for successful course completion.
-Ability of any instructor provided by contractor to successfully complete a National Crime Information Center (NCIC) background check for subsequent contractor badge issuance (if applicable).  This is required for ALL contractor personnel, in accordance with the 119th Security Forces Installation Security Program and AFI 31-101.
-If an "on-site" instructor is provided, classroom space would be provided at the 119th Wing, North Dakota Air National Guard, located at 1400 32nd Ave. North in Fargo, North Dakota.

**If this anticipated requirement for training becomes a "hard" requirement and certified funding becomes available, preferred dates for course offering would be March 3-8, 2019.

**If you are a Small Business Vendor and an "Interested Party" who is capable of meeting this possible training requirement, please email your businesses contact information, CAGE Code, DUNS Number and Federal Tax ID Number to MSgt Brian Erdmann at brian.l.erdmann.mil@mail.mil and TSgt Rachel Syverson at rachel.m.syverson.mil@mail.mil by 5:00 P.M., Central Standard Time (CST) on Wednesday, January 23rd, 2019.  If and when certified funding becomes available and this becomes a "hard" requirement, a solicitation shall be issued.
