Technical data is not available to support a full and open competitive solicitation. The overhaul shall be accomplished in accordance with the Original Equipment Manufacturer overhaul specifications and drawings. Contractors are encouraged to seek source approval by submitting Source Approval Requests (SAR) documentation in accordance with the Competition Advocate's Shopping List procedures.
