Due to inclement weather, the Pre-Solicitation Meeting onbaord the NS-Savannah has been delayed two (2) hours and will begin at 11AM and end at approximately 5PM tomorrow. Also, it is encouraged that attendees carpool if possible considering their is limited parking at the dock.
