This is an attempt to complete market research and to determine a level of sufficient competition for a Turning Point Learning System (Student Response System).
Background. The 140th Regional Training Institute (RTI) will begin instructing the Military Police Advanced Leader Course (ALC) at Fort Leonard Wood. As part of that course's Program of Instruction (POI), an interactive method for students to respond to instructor's questions ( quote mark checks-on-learning quote mark ) is required. The POI references a hardware/software combination provided by Avitecture Turning Technologies. In an attempt to maximize competition the requirement description is enclosed to this Sources Sought.
