DESCRIPTION: This is a sources sought. This announcement is in support of market research to determine the feasibility of a limited competitive acquisition and to identify potential sources that can provide the Maintenance and Overhaul of the following item:


NOMENCLATURE: Tool Kit, Aircraft

 ESTIMATED QUANTITY RANGE: Minimum 10 each Maximum 100 each (Maximum of 100 each includes quantity of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Quantity of 20 each)


The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 332216 and the size standard is 500 employees.


The Hand Tool is Not a Critical Safety Item (CSI). A Depot Maintenance Requirement (DMWR) is not required for this item. Currently the only known approved source for the repiar of the Hand tool is IDSC Holdings LLC (CAGE Code 55719).


Interested parties who have capability to perform the above effort should respond to this notice and identify your business size and socio economic status as applicable.


Contractors are encouraged to seek Source Approval Request (SAR) in order to become an approved source by submitting documentation in accordance with the Competition Advocate's Shopping List procedures. These procedures are outlined at the following website:
