Sources Sought for Precision Strike Package CLS Follow On
The Government is conducting market research to identify potential sources that possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to provide CLS for the AC-130W/J PSP. The PSP is a self-contained ground attack platform with the ability to find, fix, track, target, engage, and access in minimum time with deadly accuracy while minimizing collateral damage. The PSP incorporates a Mission Operator Pallet (MOP), a Gun Weapon System (GWS) consisting of the medium/large caliber gun with trainable gun mount, multiple SOPGMs, internal crew member and external communications, Beyond Line of Sight (BLOS) data links, Line of Sight (LOS) data links, and multiple Electrical Optical/Infrared (EO/IR) sensors. This requirement is for CLS of the USAF AC-130W/J PSP. The Government's AC-130W/J PSP CLS strategy is a five-year contract (basic plus four (4) option years) and will continue through FY24.
