Sources Sought for Change Management Training Programs

This Sources Sought Synopsis is in support of Market Research being conducted by the Defense Commissary Agency to identify potential sources, and to determine if this effort can be competitive or be Set-Aside for Small Business.
The proposed North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 323117 which has a corresponding Size Standard of 500 employees. The proposed PSC code is 7610. The Government will use this information to determine the best acquisition strategy for this procurement. The Government is interested in all businesses to include 8(a), small business and small disadvantaged business, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Hubzone, and Women-Owned small business concerns. The government requests that interested parties respond to this notice if applicable and identify your small business status to the identified NAICS code. Additionally, the contractor is asked to provide a description of similar services or products offered to the Government and/or to commercial customers within the past 3 years.
This Sources Sought is to notify companies that the Defense Commissary Agency is seeking sources for Change Management training methodologies, courses, and supporting materials that cover change management at varying levels within the agency. The contractor shall be capable of furnishing required certifications and a "train the trainer" program.
