The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 17 Network Contracting Office, on behalf of VA Medical Center Dallas, is issuing this solicitation notice for DirecTV services. The solicitation number VA249-17-N-0247_1 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).
The requirement is a competitive acquisition set aside for Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The associated NAICS code is 515210and small business size standard $38.5 Million.
The government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed Price award. Award will be made to lowest price quote which conforms to the requirements within this solicitation.
Place of Performance: Dallas VA Medical Center, 4500 S. Lancaster Rd, Dallas, TX 75216
Period of Performance: Base year plus (4) one-year option.
The Contractor shall submit a quote based on the terms and conditions per the attached solicitation.
All responses to questions will be incorporated into a written amendment posted to the Federal Business Opportunities website (www.fbo.gov). Contractors are encouraged to monitor the Federal Business Opportunities website with respect to this solicitation. Any amendments to this solicitation will be posted on the website (www.fbo.gov). There will be no automated email notification of amendments.
There will be no automated email notification of receipt of quotes. All quotes received without requested documentation will not be considered. The Government will not provide paper copies of the solicitation. Telephone, written, or facsimile, requests, for the solicitation package will not be honored.
