NSN: 5995-01-564-0753, Cable Assembly, Spec. Purchase Request Number IQC 1000055984. Terms are FOB Origin, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. Stocked Item. Approved sources: Airtronics, Inc. (CAGE: 58078) - P/N ALH-102535-0012 and Northrop Grumman (CAGE: 318U8) - P/N ALH-102535-0012. Requested delivery is 110 Days ARO. Solicited on an Unrestricted basis. Item is a candidate for reverse auction procedures. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The contract will have a two year base period with provisions included to extend the term of the contract up to one option period of three years.


The estimated annual quantity is 734 each per contract period. The contract will include a guaranteed minimum quantity of 350 each (base year only) and an annual maximum quantity of 1101 each. The minimum delivery order is 350 each and the maximum delivery order quantity is 734 each. Surge requirements are not applicable. Deliveries will be to DLA stock locations on the east and west coast. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is anticipated to be May 22, 2017. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the ProcureX system to self-register and review the available training tools at: dla.procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. Offerors who do not self-register will be loaded at the time of auction by DLA.
