The General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:

The U.S. Government currently occupies 8,745 ANSI/BOMA square feet (ABOA SF) of office and related space in a building under lease in Norristown, PA that will be expiring on June 17, 2014. The Government expects that for mission related and economic reasons it will remain in its present location, but will consider alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
Expressions of Interest shall include the following:
1. Building name and address
2. Available Rentable and ANSI/BOMA square feet
3. Rental Rate per Rentable and ANSI/BOMA square foot
4. Owner's name and address and written statement from owner that offeror has legal authority to provide information on the property
