Sources Sought - Landscaping
This is not a request for quote or proposal. This is a Source Sought announcement in order to determine Small Business participation in the acquisition. No reimbursement will be made for any cost associated with providing information in response to this announcement.
The designated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 561730- Landscaping Services with a size standard of $7,500,000.00.
The 925th CCBN and MICC Fort Drum intend to procure Landscaping Services on Fort Drum, NY under a single award, Firm Fixed-Price contract. Fort Drum requires the Landscaping services of a Contractor in order to remove Gravel Access Road to Munn's Corner Road emplace Soil and Seed at P-2050 Hanger. Contractor will need a skid-steer or equivalent front loader and dump truck for soil movement. Some of the duties include: Provide all plant, labor, materials, parts, supervision, and equipment necessary to include but not limited to the following.
1. Install Trees
2. Install Grass
3. Install Mulch
4. Install Topsoil
Contractor qualifications shall be submitted with the interest statement. Responses shall include the following:
-Small Business status under NAICS Code 561730: HubZone SB, 8a, Service Disabled Veteran Owned (SDVOSB), Woman Owned (WOSB).
-DUNS Number
-CAGE Code
-Proof of registration in the System for Award Management (SAM)
-Relevant past performance with at a minimum of two references to substantiate and determine that Contractor is responsible based on previous contracts.
