General: The National Park Service, Department of Interior, is soliciting quotations for companies having the capability to perform the work described below. Title of Project: Grand Teton National Park Visitor Center Custodial Services.
Description: This shall be a non-personal services contract to provide custodial services at two visitor centers located within Grand Teton National Park, Moose, Wyoming and for an annual option to provide custodial services to a third visitor center located at Colter Bay Village, Wyoming.
Location of Work: Grand Teton National Park, Teton County, Wyoming
Type of Procurement: A firm-fixed priced contract will be awarded in response to the solicitation. The government will consider an offeror's technical capability in comparison to its price.
Period of Performance: Base Year plus two one year optional years from contract award.
This procurement is being solicited as total small business set aside. Small businesses can provide an offer on this project. The small business size standard for NAICS 561720 is $18 Million.
