Sources Sought - Dental Burs Restorative
The purpose of this request is to obtain information and products for evaluation to create a Qualified Suppliers List for Dental Burs. This Sources Sought Notice is an invitation to submit to Department of Defense (DoD) and Defense Health Agency (DHA) Medical Logistics (MEDLOG) the following: information and products for evaluation for Dental Burs. Any questions regarding this Sources Sought Notice are due, in writing, no later than 5:00 PM Eastern Time on April 11, 2017. Responses to this Sources Sought notice are due no later than 5:00 PM Eastern Time on April 18, 2017. Please see the attached documents for technical information and Points of Contact.
There are 3 types of dental burs that have been posted separately (Operative, Restorative, and Surgical). Please submit your responses for each of the 3 types.
