This is a Sources Sought Synopsis announcement for market research in support of various projects at the Naval Special Warfare Commandbs (NSW) Coastal Campus in Coronado, CA. The information will be utilized for preliminary planning purposes. The information received will be utilized within the Navy to facilitate the decision making processes and will not be disclosed outside the agency. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement or any follow-up information requests. This notice does not constitute a Request for Proposal and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government for any purpose other than market research.
Further, the Navy is not at this time seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals.

Respondents will not be notified of the results of the analysis. All data received in response to this Sources Sought Synopsis that is marked or designated as corporate or proprietary information will be fully protected from release outside the Government. Since this is a Sources Sought announcement, no debrief, evaluation letters, and/or results will be issued to the participants.

Responses to this Sources Sought Synopsis will be used to make appropriate acquisition decisions. No telephone calls will be accepted requesting a proposal package or solicitation. There is no proposal package or solicitation at this time.
In order to protect the procurement integrity of any future procurement that may arise from this announcement, information regarding the technical point of contact will not be given and no appointments for presentations will be made.

The required equipment is for Video Teleconference Integrated Hardware that utilizes CISCO Telepresence Version TC 7.3.6 software to operate specific video-conferencing hardware such as CISCO SX-20 and SX-80.


The VTC hardware will be required for NSW MILCON projects which require the Audio/Visual capability to conduct secure, live video conferences with hardware that is compatible on a network of CISCO specific infrastructure. The estimated total value of the VTC equipment is $100,000 through March 15, 2018.


Interested sources are invited to respond to this Sources Sought Synopsis by completing Attachment 1 - Company Information and Attachment 2 - Technical Information.

Responses to this Sources Sought Synopsis are due no later than Wednesday, March 08, at 2:00 p.m., Pacific Daylight Time (PDT).
