DLA Troop Support is seeking industry feedback from interested parties concerning the manufacture of INTERFACE UNIT, DATA with the following technical characteristics:

All interested parties are advised that this is an information gathering survey only. This is not a solicitation and the Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this Sources Sought Notice. Any information or pricing received will not be binding.  


The anticipated acquisition will be a 5-year Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. Any resulting solicitation will be issued in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 15, Negotiation by Contracting.

The contractor will be required to manufacture this item, conduct acceptance tests in accordance with the technical performance specification, and satisfy the Government's substantial delivery requirements.


Responses to this survey must include documentation citing the following:


-Contractor's experience demonstrating the capability to meet the Government's requirements in producing products that meet all performance requirements, and that are physically and functionally interchangeable with presently identified item.


-Quality Standard (Government or Industry) that shall be in place for this effort.


-Past Performance for the same or similar items. The contractor shall submit their part numbers, NSN, or nomenclature and the date of the last manufacturing effort of the same or similar items for which they have production experience. Government contract numbers, if applicable, shall be provided.


-The contractor must provide information to show it possesses, or shall possess, adequate production plant facilities (equipment, tooling, and space) to enable it, or its subcontractors, to meet production delivery requirements for these items.
