Sources Sought Notice
The Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) is conducting market research to identify possible COTS solutions for an information system to support the Defense Security Cooperation University in managing students, staff (including instructors sourced from many different locations and geographic time-zones), courses, content, and alumni. The University will ultimately maintain copious amounts of data on 72,000+ students and alumni, including PII data. The ability to manipulate and leverage this data to support customer relationships, higher-level requests for information, and university decision making, including university planning, is crucial. The ability to execute scheduled and periodic data interfaces and exchanges with other Department of Defense certified systems is required.
DSCA invites you to brief your company's approach on July 30-31, 2019 for 45 minutes. Briefings should present the proposed technical approach, timeline, rough cost estimate, and expected support required from the Government.
