Sources Sought Notice for EOG Cells
NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support (WSS) has a requirement for repairs of EOG Cells, NSN 3655-01-134-9866, 32 EA and intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. A formal solicitation will not be issued. The Government will negotiate and award a sole source requirement to Treadwell Corporation, from TIN 049 to TIN 540.
Based on market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items.
