EBC and EITA Requirement Consolidation Update (10/16/2018)
FSA has determined that it is in the Government's best interest to not consolidate the EBC and EITA requirements; FSA anticipates soliciting these requirements separately.

EBC Procurement Update (10/16/2018)
The purpose of this notice is to provide interested Offerors with the following updates for the anticipated EBC procurement:

a) The Government anticipates issuing a solicitation for the EBC procurement using GSA's IT Federal Supply Schedule 70;
b) The Government anticipates that this solicitation will be reserved for small business participation;
c) Interested Offerors must likely have "Order Level Materials" added to their Schedule 70 contracts in order to participate; and
d) Respondents to the original Sources Sought Notice (posted on May 03, 2018) may contact the Contracting Officer at FSAEAT@ed.gov to receive the evaluation results of their submission.

EITA Procurement Update (10/16/2018)
Respondents to the original Sources Sought Notice (posted on May 03, 2018) may contact the Contracting Officer at FSAEAT@ed.gov to receive the evaluation results of their submission.

As of the date of this notice, FSA is still evaluating its procurement strategy for the EITA requirement and therefore no decisions have been made. Offerors interested in the EITA requirement are encouraged to periodically check this announcement for updates.

EITA Procurement Update (4/8/2019)
The solicitation for the EITA requirement, now called Enterprise Middleware Architecture Services, is planned to be released on FBO.gov as a small business set-aside on or around April 15, 2019.
