Resurface Floor and Misc. Gym Equipment
The Air Force Test Center, Installation Operational Contracting Division, Eglin AFB, Florida intends to solicit and award a firm-fixed price contract for miscellaneous gymnasium equipment to include manual basketball hoops, volleyball net, curtain, scoreboards, custom wall pads, custom seating, custom scorer's table and non-personal service to resurface the basketball court in accordance with (IAW) the Statement of Work (SOW) dated 9 September 2019. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The acquisition will be The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 339920 with a size standard of 750 employees. Please identify your business size in your response based upon this standard. This requirement is set-side 100% for small business.
Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(a)(2) offerors are notified that the award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote, conforming to the solicitation, provides the lowest evaluated price for a product meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards set forth in the specifications. Offeror will be evaluated in accordance with FAR 13.106-2(b). Offerors must submit quotations for all items listed. Partial offers will not be considered for award.
