This sources sought notice/request for information (RFI) is being conducted by the Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16, Division III, Services B, located at 2002 Holcombe Blvd., Bldg. 100, in Houston, Texas seeking information from potential contractors capable of providing Annual Inspection of all Radiographic Equipment across Central Arkansas Healthcare System (CAVHS) at Little Rock Division.
Description / Scope / Objective.
The Contractor shall furnish annual inspections of all radiographic equipment as required to meet the directives and Code of Federal Regulations (CFR). CFR-Code of Federal Regulations Title 21; Mammography Quality Standards Act (MQSA) (Public Law 102-539).

This is a New Requirement. The tentative period of performance: July 1, 2019 June 30, 2020 with four (4) additional, one (1) year option periods to be exercised at the Government discretion.

Active contracts must be of the same or similar to this work requirement, for example, conducting test inspections of radiation emitting equipment, quality control surveys physics equipment per full description of attached Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). List of contracts shall provide communication to the Government of the requirement illustrating the capability for comparison).
(10) Provide a short summary of your potential approach to this type of contract and meeting the specific requirements per the draft PWS and your experience managing similar contracts with similar requirements for the MEDVAMC.
Small Business concerns are encouraged to provide responses to this RFI in order to assist the MEDVAMC in determining potential levels of competition available in the industry. The Contractor shall provide answers to all questions requested and shall possess the capability to provide all requirements and objectives per the DRAFT Performance Work Statement.
