• AMSAA is committed to giving the Soldier decisive capability to win across the spectrum of future military operations; providing analytical expertise to help guide the Army in selecting, acquiring, fielding and sustaining new technologies; and developing the analytical workforce of the future.
• AMSAA is the US Army and US Army Materiel Command responsible official for conducting the Army Sample Data Collection and Analysis Program (SDC&A).
• AMSAA relies on highly skilled data collection personnel, technicians, operations research analysts, mathematicians, and computer scientists to perform a wide range of data collection and critical analyses
in support of the Army and Department of Defense (DoD).


DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT
The U.S. Army Material Systems Analysis Activity (AMSAA) requires Sample Data Collection (SDC) services on selected models of Army aviation equipment (rotary wing aircraft and unmanned aerial systems), ground combat systems, tactical wheeled vehicles, and ground support equipment, at locations within the continental United States (CONUS) and outside the continental United States (OCONUS).


The objective of the proposed procurement is to acquire data collection, analytical, and technical support services to assist AMSAA in the conduct of operational usage and maintenance operations data collection and logistics analyses, studies and assessments to support DoD objectives. It is anticipated that the contractor will be required to deliver, at a minimum, assessment services including planning, tracking and coordinating feedback and assessment data across a multitude of organizations.


The planned acquisition will have a five year ordering period with cost plus fixed fee and firm fixed priced task orders. The anticipated date of award is June 2018. Work will be performed in the AMSAA offices at Aberdeen Proving Ground MD, ANAD, Fort Campbell KY, Fort Stewart GA, Fort Rucker AL, Fort Hood TX, Fort Bliss TX, Fort Irwin CA, Fort Carson CO, and Joint Base Lewis-Fort Lewis. WA, Vilseck Germany, Schofield Barracks HI, and Kuwait.
