Source Sought - Decorative Industrial Floor Paint
This is a SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS; the Naval Surface Warfare Center-Carderock Division (NSWCCD) is hereby conducting a market survey of all potential sources of decorative industrial floor paint. No proposals are being accepted with this synopsis; this does not preclude the Government from considering procurement of materials, equipment, or services as a result of the information provided in response to this request. NSWCCD seeks descriptive literature from private industry, academia, and government entities concerning decorative industrial floor paint for use on U.S. Navy ships. The products sought must be commercially available. Product literature should include technical data, MSDS and installation guidance. The decorative industrial floor paint should be wear resistant, chemically-resistant, compatible with interior marine anticorrosive primers, and both easily cleanable and repairable. The Government is looking for current and available technology in the open market, not new technology in a developmental stage. All information shall be provided free of charge to the Government. NSWCCD may request further information regarding the capabilities of respondents to meet the requirements and may request a presentation and/or a site visit as deemed necessary. This source sought survey in no way binds the Government to offer contracts to responding companies.
