This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The US Government is looking to LEASE the following items in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS): This request is for brand name or equal products. The offer must meet or exceed technical specifications. The standard of performance applicable to the quote mark or equal characteristics quote mark is that it must be functionally equivalent to the stated salient characteristics, but not
necessarily the same in every detail. The offer of all priced items multiplied by the quantity stated in this solicitation will be considered as a total price. Subject to the provisions contained herein, the Government intends to award a single Order resulting from the solicitation, whose quote conforms to the solicitations requirements (to include all stated terms, conditions, and all other information required by the solicitation), provides the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable, quote to satisfy the requirements of this solicitation. Quotes that fail to address all the requirements set forth in the solicitation will be rejected.
Include in your offer any additional charges as applicable and a total price for all items.
