Sound & Lighting Equipment & Services
The NC Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, State Fair Division, is seeking a
contractor to provide sound system and lighting equipment and services. Two (2) qualified technicians and one back up technician are required for operation of the equipment for ten (10) days of the eleven (11) days of the Fair. This will be for the Folk Festival located in a rented tent on the fairgrounds. The size of the tent is approximately 66' x 114'. The Folk Festival is a competition of dance, vocal, instrumental and novelty. The "Folk Festival House Band" will open and close each show and entertain at times throughout each day. Any changes to the contract must be agreed in writing.
