This is a Request for Information (RFI) as defined in FAR 15.201(3). The purpose of this RFI is to accomplish market research pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10 and to identify Small Business concerns capable of performing the functions described herein. The government is requesting information to identify interested and qualified Small Business companies to support the requirements of the Department of State, Bureau of Counterterrorism, as described herein.

Expressions of interest from qualified non-small businesses are desired as well.
