This bid and resultant contract is primarily for the State for
the purchase and delivery of biodegradable asphalt solvent used for cleaning tar and asphalt from paving tools and
equipment. Bidders are to submit pricing in gallons (FOB Delivered) for both size containers, fifty-five (55) gallon
drums and five (5) gallon pails. Bid may be rejected if product is not provided in both size containers.
