Solid Waste and Bulky Waste Collection Services
A Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation for vendors, through a competitive bidding process, to submit a sealed proposal on a specifically requested product or service. MWA periodically releases RFPs to assist in waste reduction, recycling, hazardous waste reduction and landfill processing. The bidders return a sealed proposal by a set date and time determined by the MWA. The proposals are used to evaluate the supplier or vendor and then a contract is awarded.
