Solid Waste Route Optimization Study

The City of Wilmington is seeking the services of qualified firms to provide a conclusive solid waste Route Optimization System Service Bureau (turnkey project with full responsibility for developing routes).
The qualified firm will develop optimized residential collection routes to create balanced route corridors on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday for the design of specific refuse routes within each main collection corridor of the CITY, utilizing proven route optimization software it owns and/or license under a formal written agreement such that the CITY can consider, if the need arises, using in future routing projects.
