Offerors shall propose one firm, fixed, fully-loaded offer per service category. The firm, fixed, fully-loaded offer shall include all direct cost, indirect cost, overhead and profit margin, as well as subcontractors total costs if appropriate. Service will maintain proper permitting of the landfill at the lowest cost to include services listed below.
1. Solid Waste Operations in the County
2. Accept Residential Waste, Commercial Waste and Construction Debris generated in the area
3. Assumption of operation of the Landfill and other combination of collection and disposal options
4. Allow acceptable public access and operation of the site
5. Compliance with applicable permits, rules and regulations.
