The Department is seeking a proposal for an estimate of costs to operate a solid waste data measurement system (System). The System will be a secure web-based database to collect waste disposal and utilization data that will be developed by Emerge Knowledge Design Inc. (Emerge). Emerge will customize its web-based solid waste and recycling data management System called Re TRAC to efficiently collect, organize, and automatically analyze all waste management related information for Michigan.
