The Manchester VA Medical Center has a requirement for a contractor to provide Solid Waste Collection, Removal and Disposal Services. Provide all personnel, equipment, tools, labor, material, vehicles and supervision necessary to provide the following services. This will include Pick-up single stream recyclable materials and delivery to a facility that performs single stream recycling, pick-up solid waste material and delivery to an approved facility for disposal of solid waste materials for the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Manchester, New Hampshire and Portsmouth and Tilton Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOC s) located in New Hampshire. The Contractor must be capable to provide all labor, equipment, materials; to include tools and parts, transportation, supervision, permits and licenses to perform the services.
The VA Medical Center is soliciting a Firm-Fixed price contract with a performance period to include a Base Year from 08/01/2017 07/31/2018 with (4) Four One Year Option Periods.
The NAICS Code is 562111 and the size standard is $38.5 Million. Award will be based on the best value to the Government. Evaluation factors are past performance and price. The solicitation is a set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses and will be available on or about June 9, 2017.
